How I Work

Whilst my foundations are in person-centred counselling, I believe that every person is unique and I will work with you holistically to tailor our sessions to suit you as an individual. 

 

Together, we will seek to find a place where you feel more content with life, and ready to move forward into a brighter future.

 

​I work with a range of issues, including: anxiety, depression, low confidence, low self-esteem, negative thinking, self-criticism, health anxiety, bereavement/grief or loss, work and life stresses, anger management, relationship problems, domestic violence.  

 

I also have experience in: neurodiversity, living with cancer, life limiting illness, and long-term health conditions. 

 

​I believe we all have the resources within us to know what’s best for ourselves and I will support you to find your inner strengths, and to explore your own resolution in a non-directive way, offering my skills and experience to help view your life challenges from a new perspective.

Fees

£45 for a 50 minute session

Availability

Monday: 09.00 to 18.00

Wednesday: 09.00 to 18.00

Saturday: 10.00 to 16.00
