Hello, I'm Sue.

As a dedicated counselling professional, my goal is to provide you with a supportive and non-judgemental environment where we can navigate your challenges together, and find clarity and peace in your journey towards emotional healing and personal growth.

I am a BACP registered person-centred counsellor who offers a compassionate listening ear and therapeutic support in a safe, calm and confidential setting.  I provide online and telephone counselling, allowing time and space to talk through and process your concerns, where you can freely express yourself and feel truly heard.  I welcome the opportunity to work with you to explore ways to move forward, where you feel in control of the process and are comfortable with the pace.

I have worked alongside Mind, counselling people with a diverse and varied range of problems.  My experience includes supporting patients therapeutically within NHS cancer services.  I have both training and practical experience working with neurodiversity.

My Background

I have worked alongside Mind, counselling people with a diverse and varied range of problems.

My experience includes supporting patients therapeutically within NHS cancer services, treating
people with life limiting conditions.

I have both training and practical experience working with
neurodiversity, particularly individuals living on the autism spectrum.

Caring for those in cancer services for over 15 years has instilled in me a strong desire to promote the wellbeing of others. Additionally, my own personal experience of a positive therapeutic relationship has led me to, and shaped, the counselling services I feel proud and privileged to be able to now offer others.
