Sue Blanchard MBACP
York-Counselling

What I Offer

1-1 Counselling

My name is Sue Blanchard and I am a registered Member of BACP, specialising in person-centred counselling, who offers compassionate, confidential online and telephone support in a non-judgmental space. I provide a safe environment to help you process your problems and move forward at your own pace.

Holding Hands

Whether you feel stuck in life, would like a sense of peace and clarity, or perhaps feel completely overwhelmed and hope to find a way through life’s difficulties, together we can explore the path you’ve taken and where you would like it to lead. I offer warmth, empathy and acceptance to create an environment, not only to seek an understanding of where you are now, but for you to feel comfortable and confident in your life choices in who you want to be.

Whilst my foundation is in person-centred counselling, I believe that every person is unique and will work with you holistically to tailor our sessions to suit you as an individual. Together, we will seek to find a place where you feel more content with life, and ready to move forward into a brighter future.

Areas of Support

I believe we all have the resources within us to know what’s best for ourselves and I will support you to find your inner strengths, and explore your own resolution in a non-directive way, offering my skills and experience to help view your life challenges from a new perspective.
